Hello Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I found an requirement for some volunteers in your upcoming event in my local newspaper. After reading all the information about the program I thought i would be the perfect fit for it. The event which i chose from the list was to help the small disabled children for one day in their daily routine and cleanup the whole shelter.

The reason behind selecting it is that I have an similiar experience in my past during my college days in which we had an project of helping the school for organizing sports day and helping the school authority to complete the arrangements in given time interval. I was the person who was leading the team and handling our college group. So, I thought the experience of leadership would help me to volunteer your organisation.

I want to volunteer because I had a resolution this year of helping some needy people so i thought this would be the best opportunity for me and I dont want to loose this chance.
