Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are well. I am writing to you as I have received a letter from you that my vehicle insurance premium is going to increase by 30% from next term cycle.

I understand that by this time there should be increase in price; however this much amount of hike does not justify to me. Hence, I would request you to explain me regarding this exponential increase in my insurance.

In addition, as you and your organization are aware that I am taking this insurance from your company for past five years and since then I have not gleaned any speeding tickets, my driving record has always been remained remarkable.

Might I suggest you that if you increase my premium for 15% instead of 30% that would be more reliable on my budget. Unfortunately, if this can not happen, I would be left no option but to shop around for other companies.

Please do let me know. Your earliest response will be really appreciated.
