Dear Sir or Madam,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to understand the rationale behind increasing the monthly insurance amount for my car and I am absolutely displeased about this.

I would like to formally notify you that, I have been following all the traffic and parking laws and rules whenever I am driving in the city or in the highways. In addition to that, I have not been in any road accident or got any traffic violation ticket which might provide grounds for augmenting monthly insurance on my car.

I am aware of the reputation of your company and I surely believe that you will never let a customer suffer a penalty without a cause. Having said that, I pay my insurance regularly and I have never missed any deadlines and there are no reasons that I could comprehend which might results in taking these actions.

I humbly request you to refrain from increasing the insurance amount.

I sincerely appreciate your consideration of my request and I eagerly await a favorable response to my application.
