Dear Sir,
I’m writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your announcement to increase the monthly insurance cost of my car.
I think that the insurance should not be raised. It is not reasonable for you to require such an expensive cost, as the old insurance cost covers the same level of services. In addition, the new insurance cost is significantly higher compared to other agencies in the market, which makes the change paradoxical.
I request that you reconsider this proposed increase. I would appreciate it if the current rate could remain unchanged or adjusted to a more appropriate extent. Otherwise, I may have to cancel our contract and find another company that aligns better with my requirements and financial conditions.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response,
Yours faithfully,
