Dear Mr Ram,

I am writing to you to express my interest to volunteer in the upcoming school trip to Ontario, Canada.

I am father of Shyam Arneja and he told me that you are looking for some parents who can join you in this excursion. I am off work during the time of this journey, so it would be nice to enjoy this time with the children and teachers.

I went to Ontario, Canada last year for 7 months and visited most of the popular places there e.g. Niagara falls, CN Tower, Eaten Centre etc. Thus, I can be a good travel guide by sharing my experience with both children and teachers and assisting them to explore the mesmerizing places of this country with more safety and comfort. Also, my wife and many of her friends are currently living in Canada, so they can of great help in case of any need or issue.

Furthermore, I would like to enquire few details regarding this expedition. May I get its detailed itinerary? Also, are there any specific responsibilities expected from the parents? This information would be conducive to prepare for this travel in advance.
