Dear mam,

I am writing this letter regarding to the school trip to abroad for 3 days.

I would like to go on this trip to be a helping hand to you and your staff, as I have experience of visiting many countries as well as the country you are visiting.

I can help with a lot of tasks by providing help to your staff in arranging and managing different situations and also become a guide to students on the tour by giving important knowledge of the main tourist attraction.

Could you please provide more detailed information about the trip, such as the time of arrival at the airport and which hotel we would be staying at? Moreover, the price of ticket is included in total price of ticket?
