Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Manasi Krishna. I am the mother of Vihaan Krishna from the 3rd grade. I am writing to you to ask about the upcoming three day trip to Canada and express my desire to participate in the trip.

This is the first outside-the-country trip for the class. Hence, Vihaan is more excited and jubilant. However, As an Asthmatic, he cannot endure frigid temperatures. As a result, he is taking medicines. Therefore, I would like to join in the trip in order to take care of Vihaan.

Since I am participating in the trip, the children become more comfortable and I can manage the immediate situations of my younger child. Furthermore, I am familiar with most of Canada’s popular cities having worked there for almost 2 years.

If you agree to go with the trip, I would like to ask some questions, Please. Has the date of the trip been confirmed? I need them to take days off during the period. What are the rules and regulations of the trip? Has the plan of the journey been done?
