Band 6+: Your child is going on a trip to a nature reserve organised by a local youth club. The club leader is looking for parents to travel with the group and you would like to go. Dear Mr. Wilson,

I am writing to express my interest in joining the nature reserve trip for children, as you are looking for parents to travel along with children on this trip.

Firstly, I am nature enthusiast because of which i am always looking for an opportunity to be around nature. I have been to this nature reserve many times, and i am familiar with the rules and regulations that are there. I can be of huge help in keeping children safe and supervise them while we are there. I would like to be part of the team. Moreover, i am good at organizing a tour and have a First Aid certification which can be very helpful with a large group of children around.

Lastly, I would like to know when the coach will depart from school so that i can be there on time and guide children on the do’s and don’t on the trip. Also, at what time the coach will return at the end of the day. It would be appreciable if you could accept my application.
