Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Alex, and I am writing this letter to express my enthusiasm for a trip to a nature reserve with my child.

I work as a science teacher, it will be an amazing experience if I will join the trip. Moreover, I can also take care of my child because he is too young and cannot take care of himself properly.

I have a good knowledge regarding nature, environment, and weather conditions. Therefore, I can share my experiences and learnings with others as well. I can also engage students by my music skills, too.

I would like to ask certain questions. First, do we need to carry food items? Second, does the club provide the accommodation during the trip? Finally, what will be the charges of this trip?
