Hello dear,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that my company will be holding a retreat, which is a team-building weekend. This event will be an excellent opportunity for us to meet with team members and discuss new plans for the business. Following our discussions, we will share a meal together.

The retreat will take place at 12 Tamworth East Road on April 12, 2026, which is conveniently located near our office. In addition to our meetings, there will be various activities for us to enjoy, including pool, tennis, and a couple of surprise games.

There’s nothing specific you need to bring, but if you’d like to showcase any hidden talents, feel free to bring along some food or anything else you’d like to share.
