Dear Mr./Mrs.,

Hello everyone, How was your weekend? Hopefully, you are enjoying the activity. I am writing this message to inform you about our beloved company activity next weekend, which is “Camping,” an activity where we can gain more positive teamwork, and absolutly to invite you.

Our company considers that we as employees should have more collaboration. So, all of you are invited to this special occasion of our group. Why is this so vital? Firstly, camping is considered a fun activity where people can have a lot of joyful time together. Secondly, building teamwork can improve our results in the workplace, such as effectiveness and integrity.

Camping is going to be organized in Puncak, Bogor, on September 16, 2025. In addition, you should arrive at least before 7:00 AM ;delays cannot be excused.

There will be games, like Guess the Word, Who’s the Victim, and many more. I would say that Guess the Word is a game where 2 out of 2 groups should guess what the next word that is going to be said by your teammate, and Who’s the Victim is a game where you have been given a storyline and you need to brainstorm with your partner to be able to decide who the victim is.
