I am enquiring on behalf of IBM. Our company is organizing a trip for a group of foreign students who are visiting us next week , and we have shortlisted the museum as a must visit place as it perfectly showcases our cities rich heritage and history.

Consequently, could you please provide a brief overview of your current exhibitions ? More importantly, we know it’s the busiest time of the year, so what are your current opening times ? Lastly, how much is the price of ticket per head in this season ?

I will send over the details to the upper management for approval as soon as you send me a summary. It’s going to be an exhilarating experience, and I am personally really excited for it. Do get back to me whenever you get the chance and I hope to hear from you soon !
