Hey Ted,

Hope you’re doing great! I’m writing this email to tell you which sport you should learn here in Buenos Aires.

You should definitely try football (pretty much the same as the soccer that you watch in London). It is an easy game, you almost know all the rules, plus you can meet guys from your neighbourhood and make new friends. Also, you’re great at team sports as you know how to play basketball, although you’re horrible LOL.

There’s a football club (River Plate) close to your house, just across the road, next to the park. I’m pretty sure they practice every Monday and Friday around 7 p.m. Most of the time the groups are full so you should send them a WhatsApp message ASAP.

The club where I used to play closed a few weeks ago, so I’m also looking for a new crew. We can go together and I can teach you all my tricks haha. Let me know if that sounds good.

Cheers,

Tom.
