Hi Ben,
How are the things?
I hope you’re doing great. You know, I’d like to tell you about my lifestyle. Self-discipline came home to me when I met a handsome bodybuilder at the gym two months ago. He wasn’t only physically attractive but bright and lucrative buisnessman who possesed a major car dealership in our neighborhood. We were talking for three hours and since then my entire life has changed. Firstly, I revealed how important are sport and self-discipline. I took up weightlifting classes and now I have at least four workouts per week. Also, I reconsidered food I eat. Seldom had I eaten vegetables and fruit, what, in fact, was destructive for my body. Currently, I’m making up my diet plan which would contain the appropriate amount of protein, calories and vitamins. Secondly, I realized how mental health is vital. Now I want to significantly reduce my stress level. For instance, my former classmates are my good acquaintances who I usually talk with at school, in spite of that I feel like they mock me and that really bothers so I’ll try to steer clear of them. Now let me boast you about my achievements. This week I lifted 80 kilos for the bench press, so I’ve made a huge progress since my first try, but the greatest thing is that my overall world perception has dramatically altered. Now I see how discipline can make you secure, gorgeous and in pocket. I’ll never regret that I’d changed my lifestyle. And what do you think about it? What are your results in life and sport?
Best wishes,
Ben
