Dear Smith,

I am writing this letter to you tell about apologize for your birthday party.

Happy Birthday! I’m deeply sorry for not being able to attend your party.

Unfortunately, I have a prior commitment that I couldn’t reschedule. Today, I will pick up at airport to my uncle who are coming from London after a long time, therefore, I can’t attent your special party. I feel highly sad for it.

I should have reached out sooner to apologize, but I’ve been busy with family obligations and lost track of time.However, I will have to do office work. I have not time in these days.
