Dear John,

The reason why I am writing this letter to you is that I want to apologize for not attending to your birthday.

At the outset, I would like to explain the root of the issue. My boss said to me about becoming a new meeting two weeks ago. However, I forgot it as a result, I could not visit to your birthday. Because if I did not join to the meeting, I had lost my job.

Secondly, I sincerely apologize to you for not contacting with your. It was my fault, and I now realize how I offended you. My email account banned due to posting much story two days ago. So, I cannot send a message to your.

Lastly, I will give you my word, I will never be late to your birthday. In addition, I would be grateful if I could meet with you another time. I regular rest at the weekends.
