Dear Sam,

I’m writing this letter to just let you know that I will be away from my home for a month.

I hope this letter finds you well. Recently, my colleagues were planning a trip to Niagara Falls for a month. Hence, I will be away from my residence but don’t worry. You can come and stay at my home even if I’m away from my neighbourhood. In addition, I gave you keyless permission for your phone number. Therefore, you need to download an application from the Google Play Store, which will provide access to My Sweet Home.

Furthermore, in the common area of the apartment, you can find a lot of activities. I knew you were a fitness person. So, in my flat, they do have a gym on the ground floor. Apart from that, my flat association will play a film in the mini theatre, which you can find on the second floor.

Finally, I would like to share some recommended spots to visit in our neighbourhood. First, we can go to the CN Tower, which is one of the famous spots in Toronto City. Besides, you can also visit the Toronto Zoo, which is located west side of the town. Over there, you can see all types of animals.
