Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to suggest a new course that I believe would be highly beneficial for our community – a Basic Computer Skills Course for beginners.

This course could cover essential topics such as using Microsoft Office, browsing the internet safely, sending emails, and online banking. Many residents, especially the elderly and those looking for new job opportunities, would greatly benefit from learning these skills.

In today’s world, computer literacy is becoming increasingly important for daily life and employment. Offering this course would help many people gain confidence in using technology and improve their career prospects. I am sure it would attract a large number of participants from different age groups.

I would suggest holding the classes in the evenings or on weekends so that working individuals can attend easily. It would also be ideal if the course could be taught by a local IT teacher or someone with experience in digital literacy training.
