I am writing to you to express my concern about the poor conditio of the local par in our neighborhood. It would be a pleasant place for families, teenagers and children. But recently it seems neglected and dirty.
Now the park is covered by rubbish such as plastic bottles, wrappers and empty cans. Many rubbish bins are overflowing with a lot of flies. Moreover, when I passed by the park, it smelled bad. I noticed that the playground equipments are broken, which are one of facilities for children. In addition, there are no working lights at night, which makes the park feel scary and unsafe.
This issue is a serious problem and very unfortunate if the par can be used by residents local. I believe if you publish this condition, it will encourage people to pay attention and take action for maintaining the public facility. As a result, the park could be clean, safe and convenient.
