Dear sir or Madam,

I am writting a letter regarding a big issues about the bad condition of a local park being a society member.I noticed from long time that this park become unkempt and unsafe due to the lack of better management or security .

This park is located in punjab state in malerkotla in the heart of city near my home . The name of this park is rose garden .The signiciant isseus are this park is located in high populated city where so many people used to go there or lack of awarance they are not using dustbin after eating of all garden filled with mess or no one is there to take care of plants as well as trees for explain , there is no a specific gardener to cut the trees , watering ,change the soil on time or for cleaning

Moreover, this messy plcace created so many heath issues to all visiters especialy kids . sometime they play in dirty soil which filled with garbage and polluted water.local people also feel bad smell when they walk in the park.

All in all , I wanted to request to the council management that they need to take some steps to take care of this park like hierd some people for cleaning or take care of trees .last but not least it woulf be better if all garbage remove on time to feel fress or good enviornment to local people
