Dear Sir,
I found out that our local library wants to make changes in their services and I was asked to give out suggestions. Starting with the things that I really like about the public library are convivence of borrowing books. The process to borrow or return a book is fast which encourages more reading. Along with that, the library is open seven days a week which is not very common. However, there are some things which I don’t like. First, the organization of books, they are randomly placed wasting so much time looking for a specific kind of book. If the books were arranged according to genre it will be easier for readers to look for books and also the librarian to arrange them. Secondly, there is no silent area. It is very rare to find a quiet place to sit and read, I believe silent rooms or areas will be really helpful for people looking to work or study in quiet.
Regards,
XYZ
