Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been a member of this public library for 10 years. I am writing to share some insights to improve the library services and facilities.

The layout of the space for readers is really good; that is the main reason for my membership. It is really convenient for users; it makes us comfortable to read, and it has a cozy environment.

Even though, I am dissatisfied with the opening timings (9-5 p.m.). As a tutor, I have been encountering an issue because of this; it is difficult for me to gather materials during these hours. I have time off only on weekends, but the library is closed every weekend.

As a member of this library, I would like to share some suggestions, such as: please consider opening on weekends for a few hours, as it would be very helpful to users like me. Apart from that, providing more computers for members is a good option to attract more people to choose a membership.
