Dear sir or madam,

I am writing in regard with the upcoming improvements for the library. I have been an user since I was 10 years old and I would like to give my point of view about what the best features of the library are, and what I consider would be great to improved.

first, I consider the library services outstanding, especially the help and service of each one of the staff members who always are extremely friendly and effortlessly provide guidance within the library. However, the online service is out of date, this is basically because not all the resources are available when searching the latest journals and scientific articles, so it can be improved by implementing new technologies.

On the other side, I believe the cafeteria area has been left behind, that is essentially because of lack of comfortable lounge area. It includes poor lightning, old furniture, and scratched wall paint. I may suggest that refurbishing this area could bring more alive and relaxing space perfect to enjoy a well deserved pause between long sessions of study in the library. In addition, I would suggest an addition of artwork as this could give a sense of inspiration.
