Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing in response to your notice on the noticeboard of the local library seeking suggestions to improve the facilities and services of the library for its users.

Since 2019, I have been a member of this library and a regular users of its services. I really like the work done by its officials in all these years. The administration has consistently worked on the upgradation of its infrastructure and the essential requirements such as water purifier, air conditioners, computers, and many more.

However, there are certain things which I do not like, and believe that a prompt action is necessary to make them better. Firstly, the speed of the internet connection is very slow. It usually take longer hours for the users to complete their task because of the poor connectivity and slow network. Secondly, among all the languages, a newspaper in Punjabi language is not available at the premises.

I would suggest you to kindly contact a better internet service provider such as Telus or Rogers to enhance the speed of the internet connection, and introduce a Punjabi Language newspaper in the interest of our members from other community.
