Dear sir / Madem,

I am writing this letter to express some ideas about to improvement of the library which where advertise in your website. I am your regular customer for 2 years and I frequently come your place when I want to do my research for my study.

I really impress about your book organization which are hang in the wall as well as bookshelves. My favorite area of your premises is studying area which I stay most of time with my collogues, because it is best ventilated area.

I would like to inform you regarding renovative suggestion also. Main thing is the chairs of studying area are not comfortable for long time users. As well as the lighting also too dark in this area.

I would appreciate it if you could change the cushions of chairs which I mention above. Additionally, the natural lighting not enough to reading books, because of that it is better to provide bright lighting system in this area.
