Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to provide some valuable suggestions to improve library facilities.

The reading club is one of the best services I have ever encountered, run in the library. It not only encourages people, especially children, but also enhances their literacy skills which leads to academic growth.

Despite these positive sides, there are a few downsides as well. One of them is the arrangement of the books in the shelves. Some books are kept in random order which I find it difficult to select appropriate books. Further, some computers are used for the internet searches for the articles or the publications, are either often stop working or completely under repair.

It would be highly appreciated if my suggestions could have taken into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
