I am writing this letter in regards to the suggestion request you have put forward to the library users. I have been using this libraries services and facilities for almost 5 years now, and I am very much looking forwards to the new improvements we will get after this ___.
My most favourite and most used services are that of the communication rooms which we have on first floor. Although their original intent is to server as public meeting rooms for local groups and assembly, they are mostly used as private study chambers. It is available from 7 AM in the morning till the last minute library is open. They server the purpose very well to all the library users, find a quiet and confined space and work privately.
That said, there are few facilities which are in dire need of replacement and improvements. I believe computer room is the only facilities which is left untouched every time this library goes through the changes. Those antique computer have very much served their purpose, but are now not useable anymore with the modern applications requirement. They can be used for public research purpose but due to time consuming slowness of the machines, every one prefers to still search from the books manually.
Being a technical engineer, I wanted to suggest few improvements and upgrades to the computer facilities, which I believe will attract more users to the library. Existing systems can be replaced with modernized, update to date machines which will server help everyone with quick researches and will save ample time. Addition to this, there should be an upgraded air conditioned services as new machines will require extra cooling, which exiting air flow system is incapable of.
