Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to share my opinions and ideas regarding the public library’s overall enhancement in services and facilities.
I am already impressed with the maintenance and well-organized arrangements inside the library. The division of floors according to the age group and genre of books makes it even more convenient to study. I would also appreciate the cleanliness of the washrooms in there, which is generally hard to find in public libraries.
However, there are very few charging points which makes it hard to charge the laptops, especially for students or working professionals, like me. I usually face difficulty to spot a desk with sockets to keep my laptop running while I work. This is mostly because of the lack of charging points and a huge amount of public demanding for the same.
Therefore, I would highly recommend installing more electric sockets and plug points near to the desks so that it gets easier to work or study without any inconvenience. To add to this, I would also suggest installing drinking water filters so that public do not have to run errands for refilling their bottles outside library.
Yours Sincerely,
Ishita
