Band 5: Your local public library wants to make improvements to their services and facilities. Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter based on the mail we received from the public library asking about the suggestion on how to improve the their services and facilities, as I am a active member of your library I thought its better to shared my experience.

Though the library is equipped with all the necessary facilities it suppose to be, considering reading areas, range of books, friendly staffs who help with all queries and concerns, but I have one challenge that I keep facing every time I visit the library, that is considering issuing a books. The library still using a traditional way of issuing a book, they still using a register where they make an entry manually and sometimes its time consuming also.

My suggestion to this issue is to digitalized the whole process of issuing a book, this will not just save times but also improve the overall performance of the library functionality. As we are going digital these days so updating with latest technologies will overall benefits everyone.

I will wait for this suggestion to be implemented in future.
