Dear Simpson,
I am writing to formally apologise for the disturbance have caused from my apartment over two weeks. I rented first floor of the apartment to few college students of public university. They were partying and celebrating after their one month of exam period. This has turned them to more excitement and unaware about the neighbours and other local members. I have received few complaints from the area members about the annoyance.
I would like to apologise behalf of that students for the disturbance have created to your family. Moreover, I will be accountable to solve this problem by providing the clarification to the renters prior taking a serious action.
As an owner of the building, I will be responsible for giving the warning and to reduce the noise from those students. If they are denying and not obeying it, I am willing to terminate their contract with the help of legal procedures to maintain a peaceful and appropriate environment to other residents. I expect your involvement to realise the pupils about the annoyance they have created.
I appreciate your understanding patience to wait for a day to resolve this issue.
Yours sincerely,
Simpson.
