Dear Mr. Rockwell,

I hope doing well,I am Nisa Taşdelen from Apartment B No:3. As you know, I have been living here for six years.

A few months ago, Mr. Brown moved next to me. I have problem with him. The problem is he loves listening music late at night. Approximately he listens every night. The music is so loudly and I can easily hear it in my bedroom so I couldn’t fall asleep. It is really irritating to me. When I warned him, he was shouting to me. I have to get up early cause of my job so this is serious problem for me.

Perhaps he isn’t aware of the building rules about noise at night. I wonder if you would speak to his and remind his of this. Also, maybe you could post a notice in the lobby about the noise rule for all members to see.
