Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has been disturbing my daily life. My next-door neighbour frequently plays loud music late at night, often until morning or later. Unfortunately, the noise easily passes though the walls and makes it very difficult for me to rest.

Because of this situation, I often lose sleep and struggle to concentrate the following day. As I work full-time and need to wake up early, this has started to affect both my performance at work and my ovarall health. On several occasions, I have tried using earplugs, but they are not affective enough to block the noise.

I would kindly request that you speak to my neighbour about this issue. Perhaps you could remind them of the buliding’s noise policy or set quiet hours to ensure all residents can sleep peacefully. Another possible solution could be placing to notice in the building, reminding everyone to be considerate with noise during nighttime.
