Dear Mr. Bieber,

I have been living in this apartment for seven years, and I have always been a responsible tenant. I am specially very careful to be considerate with sharing the apartment with others.

Couple weeks ago, Martha moved in next-door in unit 2A and I have been extra welcoming to her. She loves listening to loud music, which is not an issue on daytime. However, when the music keeps on playing very loud in unacceptable hours at midnights and often interferes with my sleep schedule. I have to get up for work at 6:00 AM every morning, so this is a serious problem for me.

Since Martha just moved into the apartment, perhaps she is not aware of the rules about noise at night. I would appreciate it if you or someone else speak to her personally and explain the necessary rules. It might also help if posters are hung up on the board in the lobby for every tenant to see. These posters can also act as a reminder in case someone forgets these rules.
