Dear Mr Charles,

I am writing to express my displeasure over the inconvenience I have had to endure as result of incessant barking from your dog which has been going for some weeks now.

It is worthy to note that I work as a medical doctor and as a result, I need enough rest as much as I can get during the night and on the days that I am off work. However, this has become impossible majorly because of the noise from your pet which has greatly imparted my sleep pattern as well as my study period as I have constantly been nursing severe migraines because of the occurrence.

Nonetheless, I would request that you kindly check with a Veterinary doctor on the health status of your dog. I would be willing and to share a contact of a qualified personnel in that field whom I can guarantee will give a lasting solution to the continuous barks form your dog which has caused indescribable discomfort to the neighborhood.

Lastly, I am a lover of pets, and my goal is that we all have a calm environment to relax after an hectic day of work, please take this as great concern from a neighbor who has the interest of everyone living in this compound at heart. Hence, the reason for the above suggestion.
