Dear John Smith,

I am writing this letter to request information about the disturbance caused by your new dog. It barks the entire day and night, creating an obstacle to my work, both at home and at the office.

Actually, last week, my organization provided me with a project directly related to my promotion; thus, I have to focus on my work. However, owing to your dog, I cannot concentrate. Now, I politely request that you consult a veterinarian to determine why it barks so much. This is not only dangerous for your dog’s health but also for ours.
