Dear professor,

I am writing this letter regarding some extra classes of French for my son John. He is weak in the French and he got less marks in previous monthly exam.

I wanted to ask few questions related to extra classes. Fristly, as he is not doing good in French, he needs extra attention on lenguage. French is the second lenguage for him as well. Can I ask you as a parents, what can we do for him to be fluent? We are trying to speak at home but our French is not good enough to talk to him. Secondly, I wanted to ask you, if extra lessons are possible after school hours? He will pay additional fee for that as well. If it is possible, I would suggest please start giving him from next week.

Looking forward to hear back from you and if you want to arrange parents meeting before starting the extra lessons, please let us know in reply.
