Does fast food have anything to do with people’s poor health or people should be responsible for their own eating habits. I think that everyone decides for themselves how to eat and what exactly to consume, but if a person has health problems and they cannot solve them themselves then they need to help.
At first, nowadays there are a lot of various of fast food and mane people do not have enough time to eat healthy and proper food. It is easier to quickly buy something unhealthy and eat it on the go. To be honest unhealthy food tastes better than healthy food and that is why people prefer it. People are used to the fact that fast food brings more pleasure than salads and greens. Due to people are accustomed to eating unhealthy foods, they may experience health problems such as excess weight, deterioration of skin condition, and general health problems. The deterioration of health of more than the world’s population is truly a threat to humanity, because the constant consumption of such food can put stress on the liver and other human organs.
On the other hand, there are people who think that each person should be responsible for their own lifestyle and eating habits and no one has the right to interfere. Everyone chooses what they eat and must deal with the consequences of their lifestyle themselves. There is some truth in this opinion. All adults are able to take care of themselves, but there are times when they can no longer do this and their closed ones should help them change their loves, because what we eat is what we are.
In conclusion, both viewpoints acknowledge key elements of the debate: fast-food companies are part of the problem due to aggressive marketing and unparalleled availability, but the customer ultimately makes the choice. However, from my perspective, the real solution is one that involves shared responsibility: people should eat healthier, but governments and corporations also have a responsibility to regulate and promote better food so that public health can be supported.
