Many governments set an arbitrary retirement age (such as sixty-five). But some people can not work this ages. Some other people think they can work until to sixty five. But my opinion is that age should be more flexible for every individual .
My uncle is a teacher, and he has been working as a teacher for 10 years now. He is 63 years old now . He has low pleasure , arthritis and memory lose . He can’t remember some thing clearly. And some time he didn’t remember to get his medicine. Not only that he also fainted some times . I think he wants to some rest in his life now. He can’t work any more . But he has to work for two more years. He can’t retire now . This is my experience.
I think firefighters , oil Rig Workers , military Personnel , cell tower climber and any person who doing hard jobs they needs to receive earlier. Because this jobs are not simple . It is difficult for them to get old in that job. I think they should retire at least at the age of 50 .
I am definitely not happy for this. This is not ok . We are all humans we can’t do work like a robot . All people needs to get rest in they life end.
