Regarding the personal development traits, the faith aspect appears to be the most relevant one to pay attention to. Thus, to be strong and muscular, I will focus on my faith so that I can be strong and kind even during a tough phase in life. Faith can involve some degree of responsibility and calmness; one should always keep one’s feelings in check when attending to others.
This being the case, my aim is to make a vow of devoting at least fifteen minutes to praying, reading scriptures, and dedicating myself to being guided by the Holy Spirit. This change is important to me because having a spiritual transformation enables me to obtain inner peace and power, thus enabling me to solve issues easily. “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the spirit is life and peace.” (English Standard Version, 1908/2016, Romans 8:6). In this way, I will be better prepared to act protectively when my faith is boosted and I do not fear being nice.
Their experience of religion is also evident in the way they take time to start a conversation and be kind to others since they believe in God. This is especially important for a healthcare worker, as one must love and care deeply for people who are suffering. “Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.” (English Standard Version, 1908/2016, Roman 12:15). It is my belief that I should be a shining example of Christ’s love as I go about my work. Spiritual health is what transforms and enlightens us on the ways of maintaining our bodies as well as those of others (Warren, 2013). In a manner that shows my affection to Christ, I intercede and see what people need. I always do my best to fulfill the needs of children most of the time, I am able to do so.
