Books play pivotal role in delivering cultural and historical information to individuals. Some people believe that juvenile should only read academic content whilst certain individuals believe reading for eternal peace is also vital. In my opinion, both the perspective hold a significant importance and need to be considered equally.
On the one hand, childrens must be encouraged enough to study academic books because looking into the books to learn about past centuries help childrens to comprehence conventional living styles. This, in turn, increases knowledge about historical and cultural details. For instance, educational institution add a specific history subject in curriculum in order to enrich children with historical learnings. In addition, academic books serves a major key role in overall growth of children; however, it also boosts the literacy levels of developing countries
On the other hand, reading books for pleasure and peace is also vital because life is getting tougher for childrens to cope up with demanding competition, they often suffer from congnitive disorders such as depression. Although this problem can be alleviated, through adding mind relaxing and mood altering books. For example, incorporating comics in children schedule may considerably help in avoiding children falling into psychological consequences. Furthermore, childrens get fed up from life due to consistant attempts to succeed even though they fail. This, leads to lack of motivation to continue keep om trying, although it can be handled effecting by encouraging childrens to read motivational books. For instance, M.S Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, these all books might drastically raise motivational aspect of childrens.
To conclude, based on the abovementioned ideas, both academic as well as non-academic readings are integral and essential for children. While I support both former and latter views, every children must be allowed to read the books they wish.
