A number of people argue that youngsters should participate social and community events rather than to engage with own personal interests, but other think opposite meaning. In my opinion, every person should know balance with interests and participating social community, because both parts are essential to get a long with people and training with personal interests.
On the one hand, several people think that young people need to socialize with people by participating events and weddings because it is important to get in touch with people in order to success in the future so, communication is crucial for success. For example, many fathers in Uzbekistan argue that our children should communicate with people for achieving aims, they have right about this structure, without communication we cannot become success. Thereby, it is important for everyone not only for young people to participate social events.
On the other hand, a lot of people think young boys and girls should develop own interests because it is crucial to encourage own skills by our interests. Also, it has connection with choosing right job in the future. Moreover, young people need to choose right job by own interests. Furthermore, every field in our life connected with our chooses, when we have interest to a job we will choose it by our interests. Therefore, it is crucial for people to develop own interests, because if we develop our interests we will achieve many aims in the future.
In conclusion, while some people argue that young people should participate social events, and some of them think they need to develop own interests. In my view, we need to know good balance between participating social events and developing own interests
