The inventory of new machinery has lessened the workload of manual workers,thereby the duration in working needs to be decreased.This essay will address my partial agreement to the issue in subsequent paragraphs;
On one side of the argument, improvement in technology and automation has brought a high increase in productivity in industries and companies as compared to manual labour.Those tools and equipment makes work easier and faster when working with.Some machines can work more than an employee who may get tired and needs a break.For instance,in a large textile firm,when the authority introduce new folklifters,carriers and others in business it will improve production whereas it may cause unemployment for the workers.When more instruments come on board many individuals may loose their job causing a lot of havoc to them.This destruction will damage the lives of such people in all ways being financial,spiritual, feeding and accommodation.From my point of view,I think the establishment of modern gadget in factories need to be appreciated in terms of the speed it offers but the same way rendering people jobless.Most citizens are offered the job in order to earn a living so that they will not become a burden upon the country.Again,the reduction of time for these workers should be given a thought.This is to say that the period spent to achieve a target goal must be maintained to reproduce quality outcome at the end.
On the other hand,the increase rate in science has shown a massive applaud globally.The existence of the Internet plays vital role in enhancing efficiency for most organisations whilst it limit the number of unskilled professionals who work along.Changes in time management when shorten might result in alot of harm to persons involved.For instance,an emergency termination of personnels may occur to replace robot made by computer software given command to proceed in doing duties assigned.
To conclude,the manufacturing of recent tools to assist in big companies are important to get job done to maximise profits and productivity.The availability of more able men also decrease the unemployment ratio in the country.However,if the labour is cut down, most people turn to use other means to survive like cyberfraud,robbery which will not help to bring progress into the society.In my opinion,I vehemently believe as more technologies will be manufactured and used,manual labour can be maintained to work in collaboration the instruments to ensure accountability and time consciousness.
