Nowadays some people claim that everyone affords to get education without payments. I am partly agree and disagree with this statement. In this essay I will discuss his statement and explain my position.
Firstly, government is responsible to provide free education for each inhabitant of own country. It is one of the most important function of government system. Each educational inhabitant is main resource for providing economic development of country. Qualification, which has got by education, is a key for providing the high quality of manufacturing products and rising financial benefit for country. For example, Germany has free education system, which affords to get qualification for each citizen. This system makes people, who has high-qualification and provides good financial influence to economy of their country.
However, each government needs money to providing the stability of educational system. These payments involve salaries of teaching staff, buying necessary leaning techniques, such as laptops, desks and so on. For these doing these tasks, financial system of country should have resource, which provides necessary money. Some countries get money from payments of students, who learn in universities. Sometimes these money is invested for making innovations in educational system or for motivating students to get high mark. For example, in USA all students give payments for government to get education, because this money government spends to make high quality of educational system. That’s why educational system of USA is most development in the world. Graduates of American universities are most high-qualified specialists in the world.
In conclusion, getting education with or without money depends on financial situation of government. If country has sufficient money for providing free education for citizen, education should be free.
