A shorter working weeks sounds attractive it allows employers spend time without work. Its an ongoing debate whether all employers should offer a four-day working week with no reducing salary. I do not support this claim to reduce weekly working hours.
In some cases, shorter week to work could improve produactivity and energize employe’s moral. In addition, it would be much easier for empleyees to focus spesific tasks and do it their best. For instance, roughly half of week will given to employees whereas it allows workers maintain better work with no pressure.
In contrast, it is hard to give all acsess for flexible week to employees. For instance, even one major missing person complete week eairlier company would find new one for remained days. In that stiuation, company should find a new emloyees to replace remained working days. In fact, company might lose services by the lack of attendance and overflexiblity.
Moreover, flexibily could reduce teamworking and general adaptation. That is why not similar working hours play major role in connectivity in office.
In conclusion, i do not support four-day working hours because of keeping high service quality and financal capacity needs adapttation. Companies should determine their employees’ working schedules according to their policies. Although a four-day working week may benefit employees, I believe it is not a practical option for large companies. This is because large businesses often require employees to maintain continuous operations and productivity. Moreover, this could negatively affect their overall business performance.
