It has become increasingly common for the range of fat individuals to rise regardless of age in many countries. It can be attributed to the confluence of becoming far too sedentary and encouraging individuals to buy unhealthy foods by advertising. However, it can be mitigated by taking up physical activitiy and banning junk food advertising.

There are variety of different factors that have led to be overweight. One of the major causes can be that our lifestyle has become far too sedentary. For instance, in the developed world, scientists are trying to create new opportunities depend on technology. As a result, residents have facilities to take a rest and being fat. The second reason is that food advertising often encourages individuals to purchase unhealthy foods such as sugary drinks, high-fat snacks and like these. Although they are damaging, people cannot control their desires which means that it brings to be obese.

Despite some obvious reasons described above, there are several actions that government could take to solve the problems. Firstly, a simple solution would be to obtain a physical activity or an outdoor sport. This is because when they take any activity depends on being healthy and thin, they will move more than present. Take working garden as an example. As gardeners have work in the garden, they will spend more energy to plant trees or water them. The second solution would be for authority to ban fast food advertising. If they ban products advertising about being fat, buyers watch less advertising on TV. Consequently their needs for unbenefical meals will decrease compared to today.

In conclusion, having obesity which is being far too sedentary lifestyle and enhancing residents to buy harmful foods yet i believe it can be tackled by taking up a physical activity and banning foods advertising that can bring obesity.
