There is a belief held by some individuals that should in a company be treated equally and provided with same number of holidays in each year of all employers .While there is some truth to this belief, I would disagree to this point of view for some sound grounds.
On the one hand , in recent time increasing number of dissatisfaction around people who work in company. There is because, a large number of employee are not treating equally workers who are working in their company . This common topic led to a variety of problems , from reducing task quality to strike . And this event , is equally harmful both employee and their company developing . Therefore , should each worker take holidayake holiday with same other workers .
On the other hand, there is some truth to this point . Especially, between part time and full time workers . If company provided with same number of holidays all of workers , it will create some dissatisfaction . Indeed , full time people who work in a company work more than part time workers . Therefore , taking holiday with same full time workers will be injustice .
In conclusion, it seems to me that not taking holiday with same all of workers in a year has brought us more benefits than disadvantages.
