In our modern world , women get a possibility to go out to work , but there’s still a problem with disproportionate amount of housework and childcare . This essay will get a suggestions to promote equality between men and women within the home.

Firstly, society needs to rethink stereotypes. Outdated gender stereotypes play a key role in the imbalance in the distribution of household responsibilities. Educational programs and a company promoting that men can handle household chores and raising children can help people see a different picture.

Secondly, it is necessary to promote the loyalty of employers to people with families. Employers can start issuing maternity leave not only to women, but also to men, and provide parents with more flexible schedules. With these opportunities, equality between men and women in the home will increase.

In conclusion, it’s matter to promote a “inequality between men and women” problem around all of the world , because mostly of females are suffering with this . These suggestions should be realised and there will be opportunities for changes .
