It is undeniable that, almost everyone, at least once in their life faced with overthinking about the future. Some individuals are stuck in thoughts about it and do not even bear in mind about the present moment; that is exactly what American film actor John Wayne said: “Tomorrow is the most important thing”. I would rather to dispute this statement and consider the present as more important thing.
The first thing that needs to be said is that our present actions create our dream future, so it is more than logical that time ahead doesn’t even exist without the here and now. Moreover, people struggle with the concept of their future version when they simply need to concentrate on their activities, which will definitely have consequences. Additionally, most of the people who live like that do not even live they are just exist; I have noticed the thing that the more you are out of everything that is going on now than you more perceive your reality as something unreal. What is more, someone may have a derealization, which can lead to even bigger issues.
On the other hand, a wide range of people are being satisfied materialized and satisfied with their life, so for them it is easier to live now and not about a brighter future. Therefore, for someone it is really exhausting and complicated to get through difficult times and not lose the motivation, so they prefer living in fantasyland where the atmosphere is not that harsh. Nonetheless, tomorrow is still a new day, and always suggest hope to let the sufferings and pains end today. That also provides people with new opportunities to build a brighter future. Despite this, people who understand the value of looking ahead may find it simpler to let go of a heavy load and less likely to suffer from mental diseases that could have a permanent impact on their lives.
To sum up everything mentioned before, it is essential to understand that our present is so important due to valuable reasons but still, individuals and counties should pay attention to the future and search for a better tomorrow.
