Many individuals are switching careers during their working lives.
Is there any significant reason for this? Do you think this is a positive or negative development for society? Actually, there can be several reasons due to different circumstances, and I believe it brings positive development for society. Many reasons can drive people to change their careers during working life, but the main reason is a purpose of improving quality of life. What does this actually mean for people? That individuals can afford themselves better
accommodations, transport, education, and other
necessary resources to level up their lives. The best way to do this is a decision for people to work for themselves or change their careers in developing professions that can provide higher salaries. People, by changing their careers, can reach better conditions for life. For example, statistics in Pan-Asiatic countries show that people who run their own businesses and work in in-demand professions live in more comfortable conditions and can afford traveling abroad with their families. These statistics show that career changes can bring positive aspects to life. However, I believe that switching careers during one’s
working life can significantly benefit society. Firstly, people’s emotional states can change for the positive. A lot of people suffer from doing boring work, which can lead to negative thoughts about themselves and their lives. If they start doing work that brings them joy, their emotional states will improve, and fewer societal problems may occur, because a person with pessimistic thoughts may argue with people around and share negativity. In conclusion, the main reason why people change their careers is to improve their quality of life, which means that by changing their careers, people can achieve better living conditions, and I think that is a positive development for society.
