The elderly population considers traditional beliefs as the right way of living life. However, others said that these ideas are not adequate for younger generation to live in modern life. I totally agree that we should get more ideas from our grandparents to be more successful in life.
Firstly, senior citizens have powerful brain which is full of new ideas, thoughts in spite of their age, mainly because, their long life experience made them wiser compared to younger people. Secondly, even though they have health problems and age related issues, such as emotionally isolation physically weakness, we can learn a wealth of knowledge and a ton of valuable information from them. For example, i always ask for support and suggestions from my grandparents before i do something or before my exam, they give me invaluable advices that i have never heard in my life before, all of which are very helpful. As a result, my life has been changed for the better due to my grandparents.
Some individuals argue that retiree are more conservative so they cannot think as modern generation. However, i reject this notion. Elderly always set an example for youth by being positive. Moreover, with the help of being public figure, their words are an inspiration to youngsters to live a life of luxury in modern life. Thus, we should appreciate what they have done for us and for our world.
In conclusion, although some people have negative beliefs about seniors, they should consider positive aspects as well. For instance, life experience, knowledge and so on.
